By placing an order through our website you are agreeing to the terms and conditions listed below.
Please read them carefully before placing your order and contact us with any questions you may have.
We accept all major credit cards and debit cards via the Paypal secure payment gateway only.
Unfortunately, we are unable to accept gift vouchers as payment for online purchases.
Cost of postage is dependent upon each individual item (when your items are placed in the shopping basket it will inform you of the total cost of postage.)
All items will be posted 1st class via the Royal Mail within 14 days.
We also offer the option of items being collected directly from us in person for FREE (please contact us beforehand to arrange a date/time for your collection by calling us on 0151 727 7295).
In the event that an oversight has occurred and an item is out of stock (and not stated so on the website) you will be notified as soon as possible and a refund will be issued.
In the unlikely event of an item being faulty (or not fit for purpose), it may be returned to us within 7 days for a full refund* (please note, we may ask for pictures as proof of any faults).
All vintage items (any item purchased from GASP or listed as being genuine vintage) are sold as seen and we do not offer any returns. As some of the furniture dates back from the 1930’s, they will show signs of age and usage (but that only adds to their charm!). We try to provide a selection of pictures for each item and will always state if there are any noticeable existing marks/scratches/chips etc on the items. However, if you would like any more pictures or information regarding any of our vintage items before purchasing then please call 0151 727 7295 (or 222 1568 for our vintage warehouse GASP; Wed – Sun only) or email us at email@example.com
All new items (i.e not vintage) may be returned** to us within 7 days for a full refund*.
Items must be returned well packaged and in perfect condition or a refund will not be issued. Please see below for our return address.
All new clothing (i.e not vintage) may be returned** to us for a refund or exchanged for a different size (stock dependent). Clothing must be unworn and in a perfect, re-saleable condition or a refund/exchange will not be issued. Please see below for our return address.
For any items being returned please contact us directly on 0151 727 7295 or email us at firstname.lastname@example.org before posting them. Please send the items back to us at Larks, 22 Lark Lane, Liverpool, L17 8US, England (please also include a note stating the reason for return, thanks).
* a refund is for the full cost of the item purchased but does not include any outward postage costs.
** return postage is paid by the customer unless there is a fault with the item.
We never share any of your personal details to 3rd Parties. The only personal information we may have stored is your name, contact details and items purchased. We do not store card details and all transactions are done securely through Paypal.
